How do you cope with having the face of a monster?

I am a 23 year old male that is extremely ugly. It is painful that all other men have more value and worth than me and they have girlfriends and live happy lives full of pleasure.

I want to be a normal 23 year old and go out with friends every night and enjoy my life. It is extremely frustrating that I can't do that.

I get very upset when I see all my friends and family with a partner and moving on with their lives when I am on my own. I see how happy they are and it is very upsetting and frustrating to know that nobody will ever love me.

I honestly don't know what to do, I am between a rock and a hard place. I can't kill myself because it will upset my Mum and I couldn't do it too her. I can't carry on living because it is too painful.

I have tried therapy 3 times and they just tell me that I look disgusting and I should jump off a building.

I can't carry on living like this. What should I do?
