What is the rest of this joke?

I heard it ages ago and just recently remembered it. But it s really weird and kinda goes like this;

There s some guy in an apartment building on the balcony on like the 20th floor.

He s juggling knives, then one of the knives falls.

The guy on the 19th floor is peeing outside the balcony, and the knife falls and cuts his penis off.

His penis falls down to the 18th floor, where someone is painting their balcony green. Somehow the paint gets on the penis, and it continues falling down.

On another floor, someone grabs the penis and, thinking it s a pickle, bites into it.

Yeah, weird joke but i dont remember the whole thing? I was wondering if anyone else knew the joke or where it came from.
