Quantum physics is already being used in Electrical Engineering, but it has not made us into a god. Quantum physics is behind such things as semiconductors, lasers, etc. New uses are being created as we speak, such as quantum computing, quantum secured communications, etc. The entire field is called Quantum Technology.

As for becoming gods, we really don't know enough about the universe yet to attain anywhere near that status. Quantum Physics is an incomplete theory, because it gives way to classical physics, which then in its turn gives way to General Relativity. And we don't really know what the underlying reason is why each stage gives way to the next stage. Until we know the reasons behind this, then we can't really call Quantum Physics a complete theory, nor any of the other theories at the higher stages.

No. If you managed to reduce everything you deal with to a quantum state, you actually would not be sure if it was you or the direct opposite of you which was deific. Your greatest accomplishment would be asserting you both had accomplished everything and hadn't accomplished anything.

In fact, once you were observed by someone, your quantum state would cease and an absolute would present. This means that if you haven't done any of it, you might be the opposite quantum state of the being which indeed became a deity via quantum mechanics. You are the answer to your own question.

In other words, "no", and you can't reason out why or why not without saying the same things hippies and doomsayers bark out on the street.
