Working full time but not getting befits?

So iv been at this new job for about 6 months and was hired as part time but iv never worked less then 32 hours which is what the company considers full time. I should be entitled to benfits but am not receiving them. Health care is not a big deal as I'm 21 and covered under my parents but I should be rembursted for healthcare at the end of the year if its not used correct? What actions should I take on all this time of missed benfits?

If the size of the company is 50 employees or less, you're not actually entitled to insurance.
