What is Political correctness between male and female in today's world?

There is no such thing as "political correctness." The phrase is used by Nazis, racists, and other idiots to criticize people who are simply being decent and polite to other people. Nazis and their ilk like to use racial slurs and then if anybody criticizes them they complain they're being subjected to "political correctness."

Men and women can treat each other with decency and respect. People who don't like that are Nazis and they don't get to call that "political correctness."

I recommend you look up the origins of chivalry. Chivalry in most of the Western world was largely kicked to the curb in the 1960s, and Political Correctness filled the void. The similarities and differences should be interesting.
