So one day before class started I was standing in class and when my crushed walked in, me and her started talking for a bit then I had to go do something. Then after that I just stood around and all of a sudden my crush just walks up next to me and puts her head on my shoulder while I wasn't paying attention.

It means she's comfortable around you and there's a really good chance that she likes you. You wouldn't put your head on the shoulder of someone you weren't comfortable with right? I would ask her out if I were you
