How do I get my family to stop interfering in my life?

I'm damn near 30, n no talking to them doesn't help. Already tried that approach

You can't change other people. If you tell them to stop and they don't, then the most you can do is change your own circumstances. Move far enough away where it is inconvenient for them to drop in on you (but not so far that you don't ever see them). Never answer their calls but instead wait a couple of ours and call them back. Progressively wait longer and longer to respond to texts. That sort of thing.

So basically, you distance yourself from them, but you don't have to completely cut them off (unless you just want to). When they complain, simply say "Well, I wasn't in the mood to listen to you complaining about my personal life" or something along those lines. Say it matter-of-factly and not argumentative.

Then don't tell them what's happening in your life...there are plenty of other topics to discuss.

if talking doesnt work , try not talking , be distant related to your private life, act like your not listening and live on your own
