I hit a 12 inch pilot in the ground with the work Truck but don t have no driver Iicenses?

This morning I was driving the work Truck at sunrise on the construction site but did,not notice the 12 inch pilot in front of me because of the sun in my eyes so I hit it up on impact my coworker hit his face on the back of the seat real hard and I hit my chin on the stirring wheel and heard a snap in neck but did,n fill it tell that afternoon noon so i decided to let my supervisor know that my neck was bothering me and he decided to bring me to the hospital but the boss sayer something about I ain t suppose to be driving because of my license suspended am I gone be able to do something about this legally to help me cause I am not gone be able to work for a while so much pain #realtalk it don t feel right what should I do
