My answer got best answer then it was reported and removed. Do I lose my best answer points too?

Probably not. Pretty sure they don't do a classical "undo", just remove the points for having an answer removed as a result of reports.
Their online statements do not differentiate between "removing a Best Answer" vs. "removing an answer" based on reports.
