    No, Milo is a boy's name, and even unisex names I would avoid. Those open a pandoras box of bullying and harassment especially during younger, critical years.

    No no and no! Either use Mila or Mya. Milo is a boys name, and I'd only use it on a pet.

    I don't like that name on a boy. Its awful on a girl. Mila for a girl is better.
