You need to use the Disk Management applet in whichever operating system you're going to use to perform the needed repartitioning.
You open the Disk Management applet and use it to remove and replace whatever partitions are on the flash drive.

I'm guessing that you're a GUI-centric computer user, not a CommandLine-centric computer user. That's why I went straight to GUI tools to solve the issue.
