What could be causing my Samsung Galaxy On5 to not download pictures in text messages?
I have mobile data on but it won't download pictures when people send them via text. I get the text but not the pics.

Bring up your message app amd open it and hit the 3 dots and tap Settings. Then tap on Multimedia Messaging and take it off Auto Recieve and then exit and try downloading the pics
