Wii u problem with connection can you help?

Ok so just today i was playing zelda twilight princess hd and after i was done i went into the wii u store app and then i got the lego avengers game and while it was downloading the wii u game bad had a message saying tbat the wii u has been disconnected that is was not in range so i kept restarting the wii u and if i unplug it it will work again for like 5 min before the message pops up again so then i moved the counsel around and nothing and i moved wireless divices around and nothing and then i tried to play with just the regular wii u remote and then it worked for 10 minutes before it disconected again. Idk whats going on ive only had the wii u for like 5 months and im. Ot a really hardcore gammer so i only play it like 3 times a week and only for about 1 hour so idk whats wrong ive tried everything and idk what to do im sure im still under warranty. Any sudjustions
