Can I possibly sue CVS Corporation?
My kids entered a CVS store on Thanksgiving night. They were immediately followed by a store employee. They finally inquired as to why this woman was following them and she instantly started snapping photos with her cell phone. They completed and PAID for their purchase and started to leave the store when the CVS employee ran after them calling them "White trash" and when my one 26 yr. old daughter said something back to her the employee called her a "***** & Horror" and continued to take photos. I've contacted CVS and nothing so far. What more can I do?

Go to Walgreens instead? It is just plain bad customer service. Remember, they are a privately-owned store, and have the right to refuse service to anyone. Yes, they were rude to do this. But if there are other stores, go to the other stores and no longer give this one store your business anymore. This store tends to have higher prices compared to the others, anyway. By no longer giving them your business, their loss will be eventually their loss.

In theory, they have slandered your family, assuming anyone else heard what was going on, and assuming it caused you any sort of monetary loss (i.e., damaged your reputation in a measurable way), you could certainly ask for compensation. Being "treated like a criminal" can also cause emotional distress. If you or your kids need psychiatric care, you can bill CVS for that...

What is the tort violation that you want to sue for? Name calling? Photo taking? Neither of these are valid torts. Bad customer service and/or rude employees is not a suit you can win in court.

your 26 yr old daughter is hardly a 'kid', and depending on how many 'kids' entered the store, how many does it take to make a purchase
when a whole bunch of people enter a store it alerts the employees that this might not be normal, be on the alert, they could be up to nothing good
if you have cause to be abused by what happened, by all means if you can prove what happened and what was said, go for it

sure call a lawyer, pay him about $300.000 to sue a corp like CVS and you get millions and millions.
