What is your opinion on Switch the energy to solar panel system ?Please be specific.?
Regarding of price and effects of the fossil fuels ,cost and maintain the equipments and part it's too high and also energy result of burning it cause high level of the toxoids.
Making solar Cities to create enough energy for running the high power Generators and transformer in order the power electricity entire city or locals and switch the damn power system to more efficiency system and also save the water .I would like to see any Idea or design that help this process to happen soon .

I can't say this about socialist or communist countries, but here is America, the minute it becomes cheaper to do any operation on solar power, people will switch.
Often government subsidies will make a switch look attractive financially, but people will still be somewhat reserved because they know government subsidies can be taken away just as easily as they are given.
And keep in mind in a free market, the switch can happen just as easily if oil becomes more expensive than solar, which is of course, an eventuality given oil is a finite resource.

Yes that would be fine if people only want electricity during daylight hours.
Otherwise you need huge banks of batteries, which are expensive and need replacing every couple of years.
