What are your thoughts on Michael Felger going ham on Al Horford missing the Celtics' win in Miami due to the birth of his second child?
For those of you who haven't heard or read the details, Horford missed the game because of 'personal reasons'. The news broke later that he and his wife, Anna, welcomed their newborn daughter. Michael Felger of Comcast SportsNet New England felt the need to rip him and basically said he could have waited until after the Miami game to see his baby girl. I personally think Felger should shut up and get over it, because most working average Joes would take time off to do the same thing Al did. Felger himself could have done it for all I know. But what are your thoughts...should Al have played against the Heat or was he justified in seeing his daughter?
I made a mistake: Anna is Al's sister. His wife is Amelia. But the meat of the question remains as is.

Felger is an idiot. Anyone who follows the Celtics knows that. He only tried to get attention.
I can't think of many moments more special in a man's life than the birth of your child. I totally support Horford in his decision and the whole Celtics organization does aswell.

That is so insensitive. They blew miami out anyway, and that was a big moment for horford, the birth of his child. I think horford made the right choice to be present for his daughter's birth, if he missed it he would've let his family down. Imagine his daughter growing up thinking that basketball was more important to him then the kid he helped make, I would not like to be that kid
