How to hide Self Harm cuts?

I'm an idiot, I know. In short, I've had extreme amounts of stress with friend, boyfriend, family, and education problems. I blacked out. And now I have cuts from about an inch from my hand to my elbow. Its winter so I can hide them, but I have physical therapy and a wedding on Friday (today is Wednesday) and I'm unsure how to hide them in case. Any suggestions?

Please no bull like "oh you shouldn't do that." Etc. I know. I don't want a lecture nor do I want pity. Thank you :)

Buy a pack of Sharpies in multiple colors. Use the black one to cover all the cuts. Use the other colors to create designs to go around the black marks. Perhaps you will get so good that you will have other people asking you to do the same thing for you. Check with the local costume shops and see if you can find some liquid latex to cover the cuts. That and some makeup may allow to conceal the cuts.

You could also schedule a visit with your primary care doctor. Have them evaluate the cuts and ask what you can do to make them heal faster.

Of course my favorite way to hide them is to simply tell anyone that asks is to confirm that you did cut yourself in order to cope with the extreme amount of stress you are under at the moment. Thank them for their concern and let them know you have this practice under control and that if you felt you needed help you would see your family doctor for a referral to a mental health professional.

Its a symptom of depression. It means your brain is not producing sufficient serotonin. Depression is common but easy to treat. So tell a dr. how you feel and ask for an antidepressant.-------

The one that worked best for me was Sertraline. It takes 2-3 wks for your body to adjust to it during which time you will have trouble staying asleep. But, after that, you will become a relaxed, confident, healthy person.------------------------

Find some big happy churches, attend age-appropriate groups there and have fun. Talk with the pastor/minister. A good one can show you how to have perfect peace. And where else can you get counseling for FREE? Remember, God loves you more than you can possibly imagine.

If they go all the way up your arm, you can't hide them and they won't fade that soon.

Trying to cover them will just make them more noticeable. I think you need to prepare yourself for what you will say to people.

Well, in all ways and forms, i will reluctantly not scold you, but I still imply it. In short, that is something that you have to live with. There isn't quite a way to hide them without sleeves, so to sum it up: your screwed.

Try make-up that is similar to your skin colour. I can understand that you don't want others to see them especially on someone's big day. Try the make up but also please tell someone what's going on. Holding in that stress and not telling anyone will make it worse. Trust me I'd know ;(
