Yes for those that know what the Bible really teaches and that's not the pagan hell fire doctrine! There is no immoral soul (Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so also the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul who sins is the one who will die.
The only hope for those that have died is the resurrection of the last days (John 11:24) Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”
(Acts 24:15) And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.
The scriptures do say there are those that will go to heaven, Christendom's false clergy has twisted it to mean everyone that's good will go to heaven.
(1 Thessalonians 4:15-17) For this is what we tell you by Jehovah’s word, that we the living who survive to the presence of the Lord will in no way precede those who have fallen asleep in death; 16 because the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice and with God’s trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first. 17 Afterward we the living who are surviving will, together with them, be caught away in clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and thus we will always be with the Lord.
Rev 7:1-4 explains who are those that go to heaven, these have been sealed by God as spiritual sons (Revelation 7:1-4) After this I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding tight the four winds of the earth, so that no wind could blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree. 2 And I saw another angel ascending from the sunrise, having a seal of the living God; and he called with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, 3 saying: “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until after we have sealed the slaves of our God in their foreheads.” 4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed, 144,000, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel:
Notice that these are slaves to God and there is a specific number, verse 4 shows only 144,000 are sealed!
What of all the rest that have lived and died, Acts 24:15 answers this for us (Acts 24:15) And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.
That is for those that have died, what about those who are alive when God's establishes his Kingdom? (Matt 6:9-10; Dan 2:44)
Rev 7:9,14 answers that (Rev 7:9,14) 9 After this I saw, and look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands
14 So right away I said to him: “My lord, you are the one who knows.” And he said to me: “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
What is the Great tribulation, it's Armageddon, also called the four winds of the earth (Rev 7:1)
A great crowd that no one can number will survive Armageddon, the question is will you be among them?

Heaven is a subject of both wild speculation and heated controversy. Yet, what the Bible teaches about it is far different from what many have been taught.
WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES
In the Bible, the word “heaven” has more than one meaning. For example:
Genesis 1:20 describes the creation of birds that “fly above the earth across the expanse of the heavens.” In this case, the word “heavens” refers to our atmosphere, the observable sky.
Isaiah 13:10 mentions “the stars of the heavens and their constellations”—what we would call outer space.
The Bible speaks of God’s “dwelling place in the heavens” and says that there are “angels in heaven.” (1 Kings 8:30; Matthew 18:10) Note that the words “heavens” and “heaven” are not simply metaphors, but describe an actual place of residence.

Because they do not know any better! They are not taught the truth. If one reads & STUDIES the Bible they can learn that only a small number of people will be bound for heaven when they die.
In fact, there is just 144,000 who will reside & rule with Jehovah in heaven.

God is good... so that's where good people go. But jw do not want to go there...so leave heaven for those good people. LOL
