Should i get Final Fantasy 15 the game?
I'm picky bout my games . I'm a huge dragon age and mass effect fan . For some reason I could never get into elders scroll or witcher . Could this game be compared to any of these ?

The Final Fantasy games are nothing like any of those, which may be good or bad.
There is no character creation or personalization as you have in Mass Effect or Dragon Age. You are handed a fixed set of characters. You can choose how their skills develop to some extent but you're going to clearly see which one is your primary attacker, which is your black mage (attack magic), white mage (healing magic) and support (buffs/debuffs)
That said, unlike the earlier Final Fantasy games, you can go exploring a lot more, and a lot earlier in the game than usual. There are plenty of side quests and things to do besides advancing the story.
Generally the Final Fantasy games focus on character development and deep storylines. The downside is they play a bit more like a book (very linear) than an open-ended video game.
This isn't necessarily a bad thing but something you need to be aware of.
If you aren't entirely sure if you'll like FF XV, might I suggest trying one of the earlier games, such as the FF X/X-2 remaster? It's cheap, so if you don't like it you won't have wasted much money. FFX is considered one of the better Final Fantasy games, and will give you a good idea of what to expect from FF XV. However, keep in mind the game is extremely linear - at least for the first 3/4ths of the game. It is possible to backtrack but you'll need to do it manually. You won't get the ability to freely travel places until much later in the game.
If you don't like FFX, I don't think there's a good chance of you liking FFXV either.
