Was at the Emergency Room last night the doctor said my white cells was normal when she did blood testing?

Question when i go to my regular doctor for an HIV test this week should I still be worried because I have some symptoms or no? Are White Cells different then T-Cells? She said I most likey don t have HIV but just get checked anyways.

If you are worried about symptoms related to HIV, your best bet is to express your concerns to your doctor. If they do the appropriate testing then the doctor will tell you if you have or are not likely to have it based on the symptoms you present and results from further testing. Talking to your doctor about your concern is good as the symptoms may possibly be related to other diseases if not related to HIV.

T-cells are a type of white blood cells and not all white blood cells are t-cells.
