I have been living in a Holiday Inn Express for over a year. My PA drivers license blows up in July coming up. I do not want to rely on a relatives address back in Pa anymore I have since retired 2015. Hotel is out of state. DE.I do not want or need a residence of my own.If I am forced or told I have to rent just to maintain a drivers license.Such bullshit.I do not want a motor home.Just thought someone out there might be doing what I want to do. Transfer yet housed in a motel.

do you get any other mail there. then you have a legal address and will be able to get that states license. check the PADMV website see if they allow a P.O box then sign up for one in PA if not you're just going to have tp rely on a family address since you have no other form of address. especially if you own a car and needs to be registered

You get a DE license using your address at the hotel. You do not drive anywhere until you have done this. To drive in the U.S., you must have a license from the state where you live. You are not allowed to drive with a license from a state where you no longer live.
