Whe something says 3-7 days for shipping is it closer to 3 or closer to 7?

they always take the longest sometimes even longer than the estimate. what they do is they ship it to one person really fast so they can say it only takes 3 days. the rest take 7-9 days to get it

It's closer to three, but they don't want you panicking or complaining, and contacting them if there's a bit of a delay.

7 in my experience.

The majority of the time I order something it gets to me on the earliest date. This time of year it's probably going to take longer.
