    λ = v / f = 3.75m/s / 13.6/s = 0.276 m

    and then

    y = A*sin[2πx/λ + 2πft] = 0.252m * sin[2πx/0.276 + 2π*13.6t]

    and after the math is carried out,

    y = 0.252m * sin(22.8x + 85.5t)
