What is the best song by a famous singer/band that was never released as a single?

With every album released, only a handful of songs will be released as singles giving it radioplay, a video and also multiple live performances of it and the other songs end up being unheard by the general public but, they could be great songs. Do you have any favorite songs by a singer or band that most people haven't heard or even know about.

    I've always ended up being a "deeper cuts" kind of guy in general so this is quite a can of worms and there are so many great selections. The one that comes right to mind is an ep cut from Radiohead's Airbag, How's My Driving ep called Polyethylene Pts 1 and 2. Unfortunately there isn't a youtube video for the album cut, but it's an amazing tune.
