Does this mean I got rejected from the nursing program?
So hello guys.
I applied to Hood College in Maryland and got accepted. I got a scholarship and everything. But their nursing program didnt accepted me the first round. They say they will put me in the reconsider list for the second round. Does that mean Im not smart enough for them?

It doesn't mean anything on how smart you are, it means your grades and achievements did not meet their requirement. I've known brilliant people who were slackers and didn't get good grades. As such get better grades!

It means that the nursing program admissions officers think that there are likely to be better applicants and they don't want to admit you unless they don't find anyone better.
