I can t remember the name of this tv series!!!? HELP?

I think it s a tv series or it could be a film - these are the only bits I remember:

The woman sees a man looking at her from his apartment into her apartnent just like a small part of his face through the curtains. She masturbated and he just stares and carries on staring and he s always there.

At the end turns out he has hung himself or something and he hasnt been staring at her in fact he has been dead. Because of a noise in his head he can t get rid of and couldn t sleep or concentrate- it turns out it was a wasp or bee or something inside his ear.

Does anyone have any idea what the hell I am going on about ? I thought it may have been black mirror but i went through all the episodes and don t think it is!

It is really bugging me!! I want to watch it again!
