Does anybody know the name of these no-bake cookies?
This is a recipe I used to make when I was a kid. We called them something like no-bake wedding balls or something like that. But I cannot find a recipe on a site with a name.
1 can evaporated milk
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
(Mix all 3 together, then into the microwave for 1 minute. Stir & repeat until smooth.)
Grind up 1 package Graham Crackers. Pour into chocolate/milk mixture. Roll into balls and let cool, then roll each ball in powdered sugar.

that sounds more like a no cook fudge, than cookies. perhaps you have been searching incorrectly. try looking in candy or fudge recipes.
