i think it is difficult if not impossible to be just friends with someone you find desirable. is he in a relationship currently? if not, then you might ask him to go out with you perhaps? if he doesn't feel the same way as you, it might make things a little awkward, but that is a risk you may feel is worth taking. For all you know, he may feel the same way.

you should just tell him and see where that goes, don't just flat out say i want sex but let him know you're attracted to him and see what he says and how he reacts.It will be harder for you to keep trying to hide it and he will catch on making it more awkward
