Whats this dark red bump next to my nose piercing?

I pierced my nose late october and it was healing fine but now i have this dark red bump next to it,i tried to drain it because i thought it was a regular pimple (dumb,i know) and some white pus came out of it,now its just a little bit of clear pus. What is this and what do i do? Its also night btw so i can't just go back to the shop

    I had a nose piercing too! And the same thing happened to me !! Just clean your nose with antibacterial soap every day and night and it will go away! Don't touch it because it can end up like a dark spot!

    Put warm compresses on it to bring it to a head
