Every time i see him he licks his hand and slaps the back of my head hard. Idk what to do. I think it's because I ditched school. But I'm getting irritated now and want something done. He tells me too. Ima slap you every time i see you. I don't wanna call the cops cause he's well known in my area and I don't wanna get mobbed. What should I do??

how old are you ok you're 15. Who is "this man" that you are referring to a teacher, neighbor....?
If it is a teacher go to the office and report him. If it is a neighbor... tell your parents.
