How often do you receive information on promotions through the following mediums? ( E-mail,mobile app,word of mouth,etc.)?

I prefer not to receive any notifications. Some companies semd me 2 or 3 notifications a day. I then end up unsubscribing just to make them stop. I would rather look at their website myself. If I miss a deal, so be it.

4. Email notifications - but only from companies I have chosen to receive emails from.

I dislike receiving any of these notifications! There are two or three companies that I allow to send me email notifications, but that's it. And even then I often delete the emails without opening them.
