Yes , in a small but cozy house . It's creepy to live alone in a big house .

When I first moved out I hated it...

It was lonely, quiet, and creepy.

Having moved in and out of my mom's house and currently back again at 35... I yearn for the quieter days.

She barges into my garage-converted-to-room and moves stuff around, throws stuff away, and opens my mail.

I can live without that. Heck I didn't even have TV cable, just Internet... and I was fine.

I find myself reverted to my shyer state and I think I know why. My mom's conduct tugs on the esteem even subliminally.

I doubt I could handle life on my own. Worked my buns off for 30+ years while the wife handled the affairs of running the household. I'd be lost without her.

I was alone for a week and it was the most boring week of my life. So I'll probably never live alone lol.
