Is the UAE safe for Israelis to visit?
I would love to see the UAE, especially Dubai and Qatar. Here's the thing, though. I'm both a female and Israeli. Yeah. I don't think it would be safe at all for me. I'm both a citizen of Israel and the United States, though. Would I be able to enter with my American passport even though it has Israeli stamps on it? Would it be safe for me to go if I had my boyfriend or guy friend come with me? Thank you!

No where in the Middle East is safe for them.
Even Israel is dangerous for them. (Though, Israel is the only place in the Middle East that has SOME sort of safety for them).
So, no, UAE is not safe for Israelis to visit.

To visit the UAE and Qatar is very safe, even safer than Israel, even for an Israeli citizen holding an UA passport. Not knowing why you have an Israeli stamp in your US passport, this could cause some problems entering the country. Officially, passport holders with an Israeli stamp entry will be denied, but exemptions exist. May it depend where you are from, your hair color or if the immigration officer got up with the wrong foot first. Means, don't depend on it.
Without facing any problems entering, have a non Israeli passport without any Israeli stamp in it and enjoy your time in a very safe country. A boy friend or guy friend isn't a problem at all. No marriage certificate is needed. Just
keep your sexual life in private an you are good to go.
