Who is better?
Hi, There are 2 Fantasy Football players. Tom and Steve. Tom has been playing since 2003. Steve has been playing since 2005. Their overall head to head record in regular season is Tom 24 and Steve 21. Their overall head to head record in the playoffs is tied at 3 a piece. Tom has 12 trophies ( 4 first place, 5 second, and 3 third). Steve has 12 trophies ( 4 first place, 6 second, and 2 third). Overall, who do you think is the better Fantasy Football player?

Tom has Steve's number in head to head, clearly. But I'll side with Steve as the overall better player. Steve has made it to 10 championship games in 2 fewer opportunities, while Tom one less at 9, but with two more opportunities to do so (the 2 extra years playing). They each have the same 1st place, and overall trophies, but my deciding factor is the championship games. If it were NFL, on one hand you have 9 super bowl appearances in 13 years versus 10 super bowl appearances in 11 years. Cheers, keep up the rivalry!

There's no real way to tell from this. You can't even assess the head to head results because many of them are likely to have occurred during bye weeks where one or the other side would have an advantage due to players being out. You also don't know who had to overcome more injury issues or what size leagues they play in. Both seem to be successful. It doesn't matter who's better..
