Y do they allow racist, rape happy trolls on Yahoo answers?? It used to be a decent place. Can these nuts get sued for being cyber bullies?

    Hate speech and violent content are not permitted on Yahoo Answers. The report system isn't working so the trolls are having a field day. No, they cannot be sued for cyber bullying.
