my computer is in a reboot loop.. it has Windows 7.. if I get a Windows 10 disk a boot from it would it work or so I need windows7 disc?

no that wont work, you need a windows 7 disk
no matter what, you do you are going to have to format your computers hard disk because your operating system has become corrupted (maybe due to a virus attack or maybe a few key sectors of your hard disk have become damaged)
most computers have a built in recovery program on them that can be accessed before/during the booting process of a computer which will allow you to format and it will reinstall a new copy of windows for you
if your computer doesn't have a recovery program or you cant access it at early stages of boot then you will need a windows 7 instillation disk - don't worry its easy to get a free download from the Microsoft website, you will need a blank DVD disk and your licence key which is usually stuck onto your computer case
