I don't see what the problem is, if you are sleeping under another man's roof he is still entitled to engage in sexual activity neither his other half, especially if he thought you were asleep already, you don't need to do anything. I'm not sure what you meant by "he is lying", are you implying he was masturbating. Your question is rather vague.
