Company took my money and won t ship my order?

I ordered uniforms from a company called Fashion Seal and they charged me but it has been 3 weeks and the order is still "processing". I ve tried to contact them multiple times by phone and email and have gotten nothing back. Can I report this or cancel my order?

    Contact your credit card company, they will contact the vendor.

    If this was a purchase from abroad, good luck.

    Cancelling may not get you a refund.
