Am I able to refund a console to Gamestop if I have a warranty?
So I bought a pre-owned PS4 last month and I'm honestly not happy with it, could I refund the console with my warranty?

Warranties are NOT a refund policy. GameStop's return policy for used items is generally 7 days for a full refund & 30 days for an exchange only.
After that period, the warranty only protects you from manufacture defects... where repairs (or replacement, as determined by the manufacturer) will be done at the manufacturer's expense (excluding shipping)... but GameStop won't assist you with that.

The warranty only cover mechanical damage to the PS4 due to wear and tear. The warranty doesn't let you return something for a refund.
You can still get a refund if you're still within the return period. Read the back of the receipt and it should tell you how much time you have to return a used console. I think it's 14 days but I could be wrong since I don't buy a lot of hardware from GameStop.

i am not totally sure if they can refund it with a warranty but i know they can replace it with another used ps4. warranties are usually for defected products and when you find a defect in the product or if it breaks they will replace it with another used ps4. if dmged by the owner ( you ) not sure if warranty will be void i assume yes.
since it doesn't fall into this category i assume it isn't possible. at this point you can try selling on craigslist but you won't be much out of it for what you paid for and depends highly on it's condition.
if you want a straight answer call a gamestop store and ask
