It's great that you are reaching out for help! We are so sorry to hear that you have been struggling. It really does sound like you have been going through a lot.

It's so important that you reach out for support from a trusted adult such as a parent, aunt, uncle, school counselor, teacher, coach, or minister. Yes, you can get evaluated by your medical doctor or a mental health professional. We would also suggest getting involved in counseling. Be honest with your doctor about how you have been feeling and you will be saying the right thing. It may help you to talk to a counselor at a hotline. Know that there is help out there for you and you are not alone.

Yes. In the best interests of your own mental health, you should not feel shy or hesitant to consult your family doctor for your anxiety problems.

There is a natural way to come out of such pitfalls. It is to avoid all illegitimate desires in our life. Illegitimate desire is the root cause for all our anxieties.

Yes, of course you can. What to say? You tell them what you've just said. Best of luck : )
