Why am I blocked yet I can still answer questions?

Probably because only 1 Individual user Blocked you it only Effects that one Particular persons Questions and you can still Answer other peoples Questions and you can still comment on other peoples Answers on that persons Question

being blocked by ONE user, doesn't mean you can't answer everyone ELSE's questions.

and sometimes..........people actually take you OFF block.

Block---can be reversed.

Sometimes I have to dump OLD blocked idiots, to make room for NEW blocked idiots.

You're only allowed to block just so many users, and I've been here a long time..........so my list is long.

Someone blocking you does not prevent you from seeing the question. It would only stop you from answering that question. Or if it was an answer you would see that but you would be prevented from commenting to that answer.
