Do you think my parents are being fair?

Ive been saving for college..and im going to be (if i do make it) and i had over 5000 from work and some extra to the side for my phone bill...im not 18 yet so i dont have a private bank account..well i do but its under my parents supervision and they can withdraw whenever they please. They know im saving for college and to move and recently everytime something breaks they blame me (even when i show them proof of a brother or sister breaking it) and they take money out of my college funds to pay for it..and now im back to 0 and i graduate next year and they are kicking me out to the streets..i have a year to get money as much as i can so i can move out or at least start college..i dont understand why they are doing this..its like they hate me? They always bully me on my appearance and how i can never amount to anything. They break me down so badly that i just do anything to stay at school longer. I used to think it was to get me tougher but now im not so sure...i dont know what to do. I feel like they are purposely trying to make me feel useless and just striving to make me fail. I have tried talking to them about it and they always get angry and blame me and say i dont appreciate them...then they send me away without a second word..its just frustrating

Your parents are failures ( sorry to be rude)

To the extent that they had to cheat their own flesh and blood for cash.

You are an achiever already. You managed to earn so much money even when you're under 18 and don't own any account.

Your parents have failed you by stealing your key to college.

You can contact public banks and find out about education loans, where you don't have to pay it back immediately. You pay it when you get employed after completing your education.

Couple of years in college you reach 18. Then you can open a separate account and never ever trust your parents again in case of money.

You may start to save up again alongside and make payments in parts to the bank whenever you're financially able to.

Your parents have lost 500,000 $ ( in future earned by you) while coveting 5000$ of a capable child.

Your parents are deadbeats. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much you can do until you turn 18. Well, you could call banks and inquire about education loans. And, maybe, you could sue for child emancipation if your parents keep stealing your money.
