She's 27 and an adult. While she is deaf, she isn't stupid or mentally handicapped.
If you want to have a relationship with that is very sexual in nature, she certainly seems up for it. If nothing comes of it at the end, oh well. But for all you know, this may be the woman of your dreams.
So my advice is, don't worry about her family. Do what you two wish to do.

The fact that she's deaf has nothing to do with. if shes gives consent that she wants to have sex with you. then go for it.

What makes you think you would be taking advantage of her? It's not like she's a vegetable. There is nothing wrong with dating a deaf person.
