Am I missing pay ot/regular hours California?
Let s just say I m make 10/hr
Tue. I worked 8hrs
Wed. I worked 11hrs
Thurs. I worked 11hrs
Fri. I worked 9.5hrs
Sat. I worked 5.75hrs
I got paid 7.5 OT
And 37.75 Reg.
Shouldn t it be 32.5 Reg.
And 12.75 OT

Depends on how the pay program show it. For example, if you work 44 hours in a week and get time and a hlf for overtime, the pay program may list it as
40 hrs reg + 4 hrs OT
or
44 hrs reg + 2 hrs OT.
In the first case, the program calculates total pay as (pay*reg hrs) + (1.5*pay*OT hrs).
In the second case, it will calculate total pay as pay*(reg hrs + OT hrs).
Both methods yield the same result.

My understanding is:
>40hours in a week overtime
Or 8 hours a day.
So you should have made 3 hours OT on Wed/Thurs
1.5 Hours on Friday (6.5 OT)
No idea how you get 7.5 OT
If your a Union member you will have to refer to them to find out if Saturday is paid at OT rate.
