Why did no one try to help Katelyn Nicole Davis?

I realize I picked a bad site to come to, to ask this question...but I just happened to see the news today about a girl Katelyn Nicole Davis, who lived in Georgia, who hanged herself due to careless parents, bullying at school, and relationship problems at school..............I sit here without words to comprehend it, wondering why no one reach out to her??? It's like I'm paralyzed...this helpless silence comes over me...my heart aching.

I think about the boy who rejected Katelyn, who's name was "Luke", the boy Ben, and the other person she mentioned in her last words....and how she said she was sorry for everything....and I'm paralyzed....................................................................................................
