my 10 month old has a fever of 103.8 do I take him to the hospital?

He just woke up crying in the middle of the night - and his temp was 103.8F .. we gave him some infant tylenol and got a cold rag, and let him drink some cold water from a sippy... 15 mins later his fever is now 103.4... Should we take him to the hospital?

    I would call the on call doctor at your doctor's office and follow his or her advice.
