That will cost a lot of money, however you can go to Fiverr and see what comes up.

It's going to take a lot more than a single Someone to build a site of more than rudimentary complexity, especially if you want "user-interactive fields." You've been here four years; do you want users like these to interact with anything you own? I didn't think so.
