How do I get my job back at Walmart?
I just got let go from my job about a week ago, and I made an appointment with the store manager this week. I'm so nervous and don't know what to say. I really want my job, and I don't wanna screw it up. I worked at Walmart and their point system is they let you go if you get 4 points before your 6 month I'm on my 5th, I honestly thought I had 3 and a half. So Is there anything I can say that'll convince her to re hire me. Would crying a little help? Please, honest answers

What are you getting points for? Attendance, performance, attitude, speed in doing your job? If you have already shown yourself to be problematic in some way, it's unlikely they would hire you back, especially after they've already fired you. I'd take the lessons you learned at Wally World and apply them to your next job so you don't repeat the same mistakes.

Crying won't help. The six months was your probation period. You screwed up. You won't get the job back. You are wasting your time.
