Work Help?

Where I work someone keeps calling for a supervisor, in which my supervisor just says to tell them they're unavailable incase it is a telemarketer. I tried multiple times saying that I can take a name and number and they'll get back to them but they are being very persistent. Is there a law where I don't have to disclose this information?

There is no law that says you can't just hang up the phone. There might be a corporate rule against it and you might get written up for behavior like that, though. If you're having difficulty determining how to hand such a persistent caller, as your supervisor what you should do.

edit: Option two (if your company has the telephone technology), just say "I'll transfer you to his/her voicemail." Then transfer them while paying no attention to anything else they might say to try to keep you on the line.
