Is there a way in Adobe Indesign to modify the stroke of a line to increase over the length of the line?

like a stroke weight gradient? I am trying to simulate a forced perspective on a curved line. Similar to a winding road coming closer towards your point of view.

    No, you'll need to create the line in Illustrator and import it.
